What you’ll use

Retros and voting — Sticky notes, dot voting with results, private mode for honest answers.

Tasks on the board — Kanban with cards: assignee, due date, priority, an “only mine” filter.
Time-boxed meetings — An agenda with minutes per item, a shared timer, reactions and “bring everyone to me”.
Comments and mentions — Discussions next to board items, @mentions of colleagues, an activity feed.
