Terms of Use

1. General provisions

1.1. These terms govern the use of the Doshka online whiteboard at doshka-online.by (the Service).

1.2. By signing up for the Service or joining a board via an invitation link, the user confirms they have read these terms and accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1.3. The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

2. Users

2.1. A board owner is a user who has signed up for the Service and creates boards. The owner decides who gets links to their boards and can change a link or turn off access at any time.

2.2. A participant is a person who joined a board via a link from its owner. Participants don't need to sign up; the link determines their rights (editing or view only).

2.3. A board owner must provide a valid email and keep the password secret. Actions taken under the owner's account are deemed to be taken by the owner.

2.4. If a participant is a minor, the board owner who invited them (for example, an organization running classes) is responsible for obtaining the necessary consent of their legal representatives.

3. Board content

3.1. Everything users put on boards (texts, drawings, files) belongs to them or their rights holders. The Operator claims no rights to this content.

3.2. The user allows the Operator to store the content, make backups and show it to the board's participants — only as far as needed to run the Service.

3.3. The user is responsible for having the right to upload the materials and for the content of their boards.

4. What is prohibited

5. Operation of the Service

5.1. The Operator strives to keep the Service running without interruption but may carry out maintenance and updates. We announce planned maintenance in advance where possible.

5.2. The Service is provided “as is”. We recommend keeping copies of important boards: board menu → “Save to file” or “Export image”.

6. Price

6.1. During the pilot period, the Service is free of charge.

6.2. Paid plans are published on the website at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means accepting the plan; payment terms may be set out in a separate contract.

7. Liability

7.1. The Operator is not liable for content posted by users or for the consequences of an owner sharing board links with third parties.

7.2. The Operator is not liable for interruptions caused by third parties, communication failures or force majeure.

7.3. In any case, the Operator's liability is limited to the amount the user paid for the Service over the last 3 months.

8. Ending use

8.1. A board owner may delete their boards at any time: a deleted board is kept in the trash for 30 days and can be restored, then it is erased for good. To delete an account, write to support@doshka-online.by.

8.2. The Operator may suspend or terminate access for a user who violates these terms, notifying them in advance where possible.

9. Changes to the terms

The Operator may change these terms. The new version is published on this page with its date. Board owners are notified of significant changes by email at least 14 days in advance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Belarus. Disputes are first settled by negotiation (a claim can be sent to support@doshka-online.by; we reply within 15 days), and failing agreement, in the court at the Operator's location.
